My Graduation Dress (2026)

I designed and constructed my graduation dress from start to finish. I used several existing patterns as a foundation, then altered and combined them to create the neckline, fitted waist, and draped skirt silhouette I envisioned. I drafted and adjusted the pattern pieces, cut the fabric, added corset boning for structure, fitted the garment, and assembled.
